Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any engagement you may enter into with us, which is set out in a separate written agreement.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using fluia.co and its subpages (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site.
These terms cover the site alone. Any review, build or other service we carry out for you is governed by the separate written agreement signed for that engagement. Where these terms and a signed engagement agreement differ, the signed agreement prevails.

What this website is for
The site describes who we are and the kind of work we do. It is provided for general information only.
- Nothing on the site is an offer, a quotation, or a binding commitment to provide services.
- Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it should not be relied on as such.
- Descriptions of our review, build and support work are indicative. The scope, timing and fee for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
- Case studies and examples describe work already completed for specific clients under specific conditions. They are not a forecast or guarantee of the results you would see.
- Demonstrations and sample interfaces on the site use illustrative data, not real client data.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful purposes and for your own information. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, any server, or any account that you have not been given access to.
- Interfere with the operation of the site, introduce malicious code, or place unreasonable load on it through automated requests, scraping or similar means.
- Copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any substantial part of the site’s content without our written permission.
- Use the site’s content to train, fine-tune or evaluate a machine learning model without our written permission.
We may restrict or withdraw access to the site, or to any part of it, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, images, graphics, code and structure, together with the Fluia name and logo, belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own reference. Any other use, including reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial exploitation, requires our written permission.
Client names, logos and trade marks shown on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used with their permission or by way of fair reference. Their appearance does not imply that they endorse these terms or any third party.
Client areas and private links
Parts of the site, including proposals and client dashboards, sit behind a password or are reachable only through a private link shared directly with you.
- Access credentials and private links are personal to the recipient and confidential. Do not share them outside your organisation without our agreement.
- Material in these areas is confidential and provided for the purpose of evaluating or carrying out a specific engagement.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at contact@fluia.co if you believe they have been disclosed.
- We may change or withdraw access to these areas at any time.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds services operated by third parties, including scheduling, messaging, font and social media providers. We use these services to let you book a conversation, contact us and view the site as designed.
We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.
Personal data
If you complete a form, book a call or write to us, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message. We use them to answer you, to arrange and run any engagement that follows, and to keep our own business records.
- We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email, scheduling and hosting providers, and only as far as needed.
- We keep it for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and for any period the law requires.
- Under the General Data Protection Regulation you may ask for access to your data, and ask us to correct, erase or transfer it, or object to how we use it. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@fluia.co. The controller of this data is the entity named in clause 2.
Availability and accuracy
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, free of error, or free of harmful components.
We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any part of it without notice. Content may become out of date, and we are under no obligation to update it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights of a consumer.
Liability arising from an engagement is dealt with in the agreement signed for that engagement, not here.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the site, to our services, or to the law. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by European Union law and by the law of the EU member state in which Fluia is established, being Poland.
The courts of that member state have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer resident in another EU member state keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country and may bring proceedings there.
Contact
Questions about these terms can go to contact@fluia.co, or by WhatsApp on +39 351 984 8191. We usually reply within one business day.
