Hands-on automation

The quiet automations that give you your week back.

We don't stop at advice. We go in and build it. Automation wired straight into your tools and workflows, so the repetitive work stops landing on someone's desk. Afterwards, we either keep running it for you or hand it over for your team to manage.

What we automate

If it's repetitive, rule-based and eating hours, it's a candidate.

The unglamorous work that costs you the most. Here's where we usually start.

Lead & enquiry routing

Every enquiry captured, qualified and sent to the right place in seconds.

Follow-up sequences

The timely follow-ups your team means to send but never quite gets to.

Data entry & syncing

Information that copies itself between your tools instead of being retyped.

Reporting & digests

The numbers and updates you need, delivered on schedule, without anyone building them.

Scheduling & reminders

Bookings, confirmations and nudges that run themselves.

Document generation

Quotes, contracts and paperwork produced from your data in one click.

How it works

Mapped, built, plugged in, and maintained.

01

Map the workflow

We watch how the work really happens today, including the steps nobody wrote down.

02

Build the automation

We build it against your real tools and real edge cases, not a tidy demo.

03

Plug it in

We wire it directly into the systems you already use, so nothing changes for your team but the workload.

04

Watch it run

We run it alongside you first, tune it, and only step back once it's reliable.

05

Maintain it

Tools change. We keep your automations working when they do, or hand them to your team with what they need to maintain them.

Kept human

Automation shouldn't mean nobody's watching.

The goal isn't to remove people. It's to remove the drudgery around them. We build in the checkpoints where a person should still decide, and automate everything up to that line.

Hours, every week

handed back to the people doing the work that matters.

Managed by us, or run by your team. Either way, you own it.

Some clients want us to keep an eye on the automation indefinitely. Others want it handed over, fully documented, so their own team can manage it from day one. We build for both, and you can change your mind later.

Questions

Good things to know.

Do you manage the automation afterward, or do we?

Either option is available. We can keep running and maintaining it for you, or hand it over fully documented so your team manages it from day one. Many clients run it with us initially, then bring it in-house once it's stable.

What happens if one of our tools changes?

If we're still managing it, we update the automation as part of that arrangement. If your team has taken it over, we hand over what's needed to make the update themselves, or you can call us back in.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. The automation runs on your accounts and your tools, and the logic is yours, whether we're the ones running it or your team is.

Point us at the work nobody enjoys.

The repetitive, rule-based, time-draining work. That's where we start, and where the hours come back fastest.
